Standard Safety Features

- 1. Emergency car lighting
- An emergency ceiling light switch on automatically in the event of a power failure, providing illumination within the car. The emergency light will allow any passengers inside the car and utilize the Interphone or the alarm bell to alert the building superintendent.
- 2. Full collective operation
- Up / down floor-call button are set to head off the elevator in the same direction. Local floor open and open/close automatically is the basic function.
- 3. Hoistway parameter self-learning
- Controller can learn the parameter of hoistway by automatically running. The information comprises total floor, floors height, rise etc.
- 4. Attendant service
- In attendant service, if the Close Door Button is released before the doors are closed, the doors will reopen. The car will start immediately after the doors have been closed.
- 5. Fire emergency return
- When the building’s fire or smoke detectors are activated, all calls are cancelled and all the elevators will immediately travel to the main lobby and park there with the door fully open. However, the electrical signal that indicates the actuation of the fire sensors, must be supplied the to elevator controller by others.
- 6. Full load bypass
- If the car load has exceeded 80% of the rated load or capacity of the elevator, the elevator will automatically ignore all the hall calls in the direction of service and respond car calls only. The hall calls remain registered and will be served on the next trip (single car), or by another elevator (group).
- 7. Automatically parking
- During off-peak hours, after the elevator cars have been dormant with door closed for a predetermined amount of time, the system disperse each car to a designated location (base floor or main floor), thus allowing more efficient service to future hall calls.
- 8. Car light & fan automatically shut off
- Elevators can be installed with an energy saving feature that automatically switches off the car internal lighting and ventilation fans when no calls are registered after a predetermined period of time.
- 9. Elevator locked
- Switch off the two position key switch which mainly located at base floor, then car will run to appointed floor with door-open status and cancel all registered calls. If the elevator is in group control status, those calls will transfer to other elevators. After the stopping time the door will close.
- 10. Over load protection
- When the car load exceeds the capacity or rated load of the elevator, the elevator will stop operation with the doors fully opened on that floor and a buzzer is annunciated. The buzzer will stop when a sufficient number of passengers have exited the car load is less than the rated load.
- 11. Running counter
- For convenient maintenance, there is a counter in the operation board of controller used to count the amount of running time.
- 12. Interphone
- In case of emergencies, the interphone installed inside the car can direct communication with rescue personnel in the motor room or car top. The interphone is activated by simply pressing the interphone button on the car operation pane.
- 13. Door protective device
- It is a multi-beam light ray type door protective device, which surveys the car entrance. When a passenger or an object passes the entrance, the elevator will stop the doors at the point of contract and re-open the car doors immediately.
- 14. Over speed protection (down direction)
- It can ensure the car’s running speed in normal range to protect the passenger and goods from danger.
- 15. Power failure rescue operation (only for S820)
- When power failure, the rescue personnel can drive the car down to the nearest floor according to power failure rescue operation and open the door to let the passenger out.

- 1. Front-back door service
- All kinds of door service includes front door, back door and front-back door three operation.
- 2. Full collective operation
- When elevator runs to level range, the door can be open in advance to improve the efficiency.
- 3. Re-level during open status
- When elevator stops at the level, many people or goods enter it. As the distortion of steel wire rope and rubber, the level of elevator fluctuate and it is not convenient to people and goods. The system permits the elevator slowly run to level in door-open status.
- 4. Arrival chime
- An electronic chime provides an audio signal to inform waiting passengers of the arrival of the elevator car at each floor. The chime can be mounted on the top or bottom of the car, or at each floor if required.
- 5. Sound player
- All kinds of information that includes floor, direction and others will be spoke out to remind passenger.
- 6. Anti-nuisance function
- All calls are automatically cancelled to avoid unnecessary stops caused by registration of nuisance car calls registered do not correlate with the car load.
- 7. Fireman emergency service
- The fireman’s switch is usually installed at the elevator main lobby. When it is activated, all car and hall calls are automatically cancelled and all elevators in the same bank will return immediately to the main lobby. The doors will open to allow passengers to disembark. Subsequently, the fireman’s elevator responds only to car calls, the purpose of this mode of operation is to facilitate fire rescue and fire to fire lighting operation.
- 8. Group Control
- The group control system for two or more elevators employs artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic. The highest refined knowledge and experience harnessed in the field of group control have been incorporated into the microprocessors, allowing car assignment to the most used location, and thereby providing superb elevator efficiency and optimum service.
- 9. Passenger manage with IC card
- It can set the passenger’s purview and VIP service.
- 10. Handicap
- It is special for those people who are handicapped, which include additional special operation panel with Braille button, handrail, back mirror and sound player etc.
- 11. Handrail in car
- Optional function with all kinds of handrail and installation position.
- 12. Automatic rescue device
- During normal power failure, the automatic rescue device (ARD) converts stored energy from it bank of rechargeable batteries to drive the elevator car to the nearest floor and opens the elevator doors to let the passengers out. The ARD optimizes the use of the stored battery power by selecting the direction which requires the least effort.
- 13. Auxiliary COP (optional for wide car)
- It is optional according to user’s demand. Main COP at one side and auxiliary COP at the other side of the front opening.
- 14. Separated landing display
- Big screen dot matrix display or arrive hall lantern.
- 15. Mistake car-call cancellation
- Allows cancellation of an incorrectly registered car call. If you push a wrong floor button in the car, you can cancel it by pressing the floor button twice consecutively.
- 16. Remote monitor interface
- The system can provide the remote monitor interface that includes dry contacts, standard RS485 or CAN communication.
- 17. Fault information recorded
- 10 last fault information (fault code, time, floor) and 1 last detailed fault information (fault code, time, floor, current, voltage etc) will be recorded. It helps to check what happen recently.
- 18. Over speed protection (up direction)
- It can ensure the car’s running speed in normal range to protect the passenger and goods from danger.
